I cooked my first Adobo today, and I am so proud of myself. This is a good start for one of my 21 Celebratory Things, which is to learn cooking Filipino cuisines. Sinigang, which is my actual favorite Filipino dish, is next!
My taster was my cousin (though I really didn't asked him to give me feedback). However, I noticed that he had a second serving even though he almost had three cups of rice during his first. I'm so happy right now. :)
